Backyard wedding

These were from a simple backyard wedding I shot. All I can say is that I would have traded my soul for a little cloud cover that day.

More dramatic lighting with Lexi

I had to do some different styles of lighting for my last photography class and of course my friend Lexi was more than happy to model for me. I have more from this shoot, I just forgot to export them. Check back later to see.

Tyson and Jessie engagements

I used to work with Tyson at BYU so when I found out he was engaged, I had to offer my services. Again, another fun couple to work with. It was really windy and cold that day, but they made the best of it. It was kinda hard to take pictures because they were making me laugh.

I'm still not entirely sure why the kilt was added. As far as I know, Tyson isn't Scottish. But hey, it was  fun and led to some creative shots.

Draper wedding

This was another wedding that I helped Abby with. It was at the Draper temple. Really fun couple. They were goofing off and making jokes the whole time, which helped because the weather wasn't really cooperating that day.

Manti Wedding

So I had the opportunity to be the second shooter for my friend Abby. Seeing how I hadn't shot many weddings before, it was a great chance to get some practice without the stress of a wedding being on my shoulders. Aside from it being really cold that day (you wouldn't guess it by the small amount of snow on the ground), everything went really well. And it helps that it was at Manti which is one of my favorite temples.

Behind the scenes

I really loved the red accents of her dress.
